What you’ll do

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and business stakeholders, you will research user needs, design intuitive experiences and transform complex operational processes into clear, efficient and accessible workflows. You will help establish design standards, evolve the Acture Design System and drive the unification of our products under a single Acture brand and experience.

This is more than a design execution role. It is an opportunity to define how thousands of users interact with the future Acture Platform and to help raise the level of design maturity across the organization.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:

  • Define and operationalize Acture’s UX: Set standards, lead user discovery, and deliver a unified experience by translating business goals and user needs into actionable design direction.
  • Design intuitive interfaces: Create scalable, efficient user flows and interaction patterns that simplify complex operational processes for diverse user groups.
  • Evolve the Acture Design System: Build and maintain a consistent design language, ensuring brand and experience coherence across all products.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver implementation-ready designs and foster a culture of design excellence.

Building a healthy workforce.

Working at Acture means contributing to a healthy and resilient workplace for everyone. We help employers move forward with concrete solutions in the areas of wellbeing, absenteeism, and insurance. We have combined data-driven insights, tried-and-tested methods and practical expertise to create our Employee Welfare Program (EWP). This is where you make real impact: you help organizations gain control and keep employees engaged and resilient across three domains:

  • Wellbeing. A healthy workplace is built on energy, resilience and perspective. That’s why the EWP combines self-care, interaction and intervention to help employees stay well, feel supported and recover when needed. Through digital tools, courses and live events, people learn to take care of their own wellbeing. Interaction fosters connection and growth, from coaching and leadership development to team challenges and health days. When professional help is needed, short-term counselling and reintegration support are available. Together, these elements create a workplace where people feel activated, valued and supported; a place where they can thrive.
  • Absence management. When an employee is absent, we support them in returning to work in a sustainable and purposeful way. Our focus is on possibilities, not limitations. We identify early signs, act quickly, and maintain regular contact. This involves making concrete agreements and ensuring accountability.
  • Insurance. We help employers to focus on their business without having to worry constantly about downtime and the financial impact of absence. Our trusted partners work actively to reduce costs and risks.
