What you’ll do

You combine product strategy, customer discovery and stakeholder alignment to transform complex absence management processes into intuitive and scalable platform capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations and Leadership, you define product direction, shape investment decisions and ensure we focus on the opportunities that create the greatest value for our customers and our business.

At the same time, you help establish product-led ways of working, strengthen discovery practices and contribute to the long-term evolution of the Acture Platform. This is not a product optimization role. It is an opportunity to build one of the strategic foundations of the future Acture Platform from the ground up.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Architect a new solution: Lead the creation of a scalable Absence Management workflow solution. Replace fragmented SaaS and externally developed systems with a single, self-owned platform. Ensuring our systems scale with our business growth.
  • Own the vision and execution: Set the product strategy, define the roadmap, and take end-to-end accountability for delivering a solution that meets customer needs and drives operational excellence.
  • Champion product-led, outcome-driven ways of working: Foster a culture of discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring every decision is anchored in product thinking and real-world results.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Leadership, Customers, and UX/UI experts to transform complex requirements into intuitive, impactful product capabilities.
  • Deliver measurable impact: Focus on outcomes that matter, such as customer satisfaction, platform scalability, and strengthening our data moat to support long-term business value.

Building a healthy workforce.

Working at Acture means contributing to a healthy and resilient workplace for everyone. We help employers move forward with concrete solutions in the areas of wellbeing, absenteeism, and insurance. We have combined data-driven insights, tried-and-tested methods and practical expertise to create our Employee Welfare Program (EWP). This is where you make real impact: you help organizations gain control and keep employees engaged and resilient across three domains:

  • Wellbeing. A healthy workplace is built on energy, resilience and perspective. That’s why the EWP combines self-care, interaction and intervention to help employees stay well, feel supported and recover when needed. Through digital tools, courses and live events, people learn to take care of their own wellbeing. Interaction fosters connection and growth, from coaching and leadership development to team challenges and health days. When professional help is needed, short-term counselling and reintegration support are available. Together, these elements create a workplace where people feel activated, valued and supported; a place where they can thrive.
  • Absence management. When an employee is absent, we support them in returning to work in a sustainable and purposeful way. Our focus is on possibilities, not limitations. We identify early signs, act quickly, and maintain regular contact. This involves making concrete agreements and ensuring accountability.
  • Insurance. We help employers to focus on their business without having to worry constantly about downtime and the financial impact of absence. Our trusted partners work actively to reduce costs and risks.
